Everyone has that moment in their life when everything begins to change. My moment was in 2016. I was a miserable management consultant and asked myself “Is there more to life than this?” Since I don’t believe in rhetorical questions, I patiently awaited an answer to emerge. It took a while. I refuse to lead an unquestioned, unexamined life. This simple question triggered my era of personal discovery and development.
The result? I’ve learned that cultivating a sense of clarity arises when one’s core values are aligned with one’s daily actions. I taught myself the process of how to discover and explore my core values. I eventually learned what it takes to align these values with my daily actions to achieve clarity and lead a meaningful and fulfilling life.
I’ve studied and practiced spirituality from a variety of teachers and traditions. I’ve worked with a wide range of students and clients, from Grade 1 students at an alternative public school to Inuit adults exiting prison, and even the youngest employees at OpenAI and Tesla.
I’m on a mission to use my experiences and developed skills and mindsets to unlock the hearts and minds of all who cross my path. I’m not sure how you came across my website (contact me to lemme know), but perhaps this is your moment when things change for the better.
