My Music Playlists

Here are a couple of playlists that I’ve created that I hope will deepen your life, the same way they have for me.

vibration of spirit

  • When I listen to it: when I feel reflective, contemplative; wanting to enjoy solitude time; especially in the evening
  • There are times when we feel a pull to change something in our lives, but can’t put our finger on it. This playlist is perfect for those moments.
  • I don’t listen to this during meditation because it invokes thoughts and emotions (meditation playlist is below).

meditation

  • When I listen to it: during meditation when I want to change things up from silent meditation, but also in times of stress.

piano

  • When I listen to it: casually getting work done; while reading; when friends are over; starting my mornings off

classroom calm

  • When I listen to it: during in-class Teacher duties when my students have a work period
  • This is a work-safe playlist that creates a calming atmosphere in any environment, whether at home or at the office.
